The Super8x8 is a unique opportunity for participants to access our collection of high end Super8 cameras, participate in a hands on camera workshop, plan, shoot and celebrate analogue film at the premiere screening - projected on Super8 film!

Chicago 8 is a small gauge film festival that is dedicated to exhibiting experimental works on Super 8mm, Regular 8mm, Single 8mm, & Double 8mm film.
The Chicago 8 Fest was created to celebrate small gauge filmmaking, to offer a unique event for S8 filmmakers to exhibit their work in its original format, and for viewers to experience the joy and rarity of seeing S8mm films.
Our goal is to keep small gauge filmmaking alive, to encourage further activity in this format, and to provide an opportunity for these rare gems to be seen by the Chicago community. We realize how delicate and impermanent S8mm & small gauge filmmaking is, now more than ever. We feel it is of upmost importance to share these films with you and along the way we hope to encourage, inspire, and support those who bravely continue to work in these small formats. LINK
Cambridge Super8 Film Festival
The Cambridge Super 8 Group is dedicated to the exhibition and creation of Super 8 film as a crucial art form in its own right.Cambridge Super 8 is also committed to promoting new work and developing critical discussion as well as developing collaboration with other festivals. LINK
Short 8 -Super8 in Latin America
The 9th Short 8 – International Super8 Film Festival is the only festival devoted exclusively to the super8 in Latin America.
The Short 8, this year in its 9th Edition, is coordinated by Leandro Bossy, with curation by Leandro Bossy, Lila Foster and Fábio Allon, and an implementation of Perfil Comunicação e Cultura (Antônio Carlos Domingues), produced by Processo MultiArtes (Fábio Allon, Adriano Esturilho and Eugenia Castello). The 9th Short 8 is promoted by Caixa Economica Federal, through CAIXA Cultural Curitiba. LINK
